Terms of purchase

These terms apply to purchases at SBQ Certification AB (hereinafter referred to as the Store).

There is no minimum limit on the number of items or price.

 

Shipping

Shipping is normally 49 SEK within Sweden. We also deliver abroad, the shipping cost is then calculated based on current tariffs. The checkout shows the total shipping cost for your order.

 

General

These general terms of purchase apply when the Store sells products with delivery within Sweden. For delivery outside Sweden, other conditions apply, for example, payment and shipping fee.

The store reserves the right to final sales, delays, technical problems, advancement of release dates and incorrect price or item information. The store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel orders.

By registering for an account or completing an order in the Store, the terms of purchase are accepted.

 

Prices and payment

The prices of our products are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. The price that was relevant at the time of ordering is what applies regardless of whether the price goes up or down afterwards.

You who are a private customer and live within the EU pay Swedish VAT, if you are a private customer and live outside the EU you do not pay Swedish VAT. Foreign corporate customers within the EU are charged Swedish VAT in cases where they have not provided a correct VAT registration number. Corporate customers outside the EU are not charged Swedish VAT.

At checkout you can see the total price including VAT and any shipping costs.

In collaboration with Stardist we offer invoice payment and with Swedbank Pay we offer card payment (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), direct payment (Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB and Swedbank) and Swish.

In order for payment against invoice to take place, you first need to be approved as a customer in the credit assessment that Stardist does in collaboration with Creditsafe.

In the event of late payment, interest will be charged in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act from the due date of the invoice. In the event of a reminder, a statutory fee of 60 SEK is currently charged. Stardist reserves the right to refuse delivery in individual cases and reconsider your creditworthiness. In the event of non-payment, the case is submitted for collection, whereby a statutory collection fee of currently 180 SEK will be added.

 

Deliveries

Deliveries are usually made by PostNord letter or DHL ParcelConnect (to service points). At the checkout, alternative suppliers and choice of delivery point are presented.

When your order is sent from us, you will receive a delivery note emailed to you, and if it is sent as a package, you will receive a shipment ID so that you can track the delivery.

We do our best to deliver as soon as possible but sometimes delays can occur. We therefore do not guarantee delivery on a certain day and always reserve ourselves for delays.

If you do not pick up the shipment, or the shipment is returned due to incorrectly registered information, the Store charges a fee of currently 129 SEK as compensation for shipping and handling.

 

Cancellation

Provided that nothing else has been agreed regarding your order, you can cancel the outstanding order. Contact us at kund@sdist.se or 0290-76 76 80 and we will help you!

 

Right of withdrawal and return

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal (calculated from the time you receive the product) according to the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises. You have no right of return on food products and wearables. If you return an unused item with associated labels and packaging within 14 days, the full amount will be refunded. If the quality of the product has been affected as a result of you as a customer having handled it more than is necessary to examine its properties or functions, a deduction on the refund corresponding to the depreciation of the product will be made. Reuse the carton that the product came in for the return and put it in its original packaging (if it had any).

If you wish to invoke your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. After you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send the product back to us without delay and no later than within 14 days. It is important that you package the return well and mark it with a return number or attach a cover letter stating the order number, customer number and what is returned. In the event of a canceled purchase, you do not need to state a reason, but it will help us if you want to write why you are returning your order.

For uncollected letters or packages, we charge a fee that is currently 129 SEK for the costs of our administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

If you are sending back something that weighs more than 2 kilos, it may be worth to buy a prepaid return shipping note from us instead of buying the shipping via the carrier or agent. Contact us at kund@sdist.se or 0290-76 76 80 and we will help you!

 

Claims

If we have delivered a faulty or damaged product or if the shipment has disappeared during transport, a claim must be made to Stardist.

Returns in the event of a claim may only take place when the complaint has been made and return instructions have been received from Stardist. You have the right to return the faulty product at our expense provided that you follow our instructions and, where applicable, use our return shipping notes. Returns may not be made against cash on delivery.

In the event of an approved claim, you have the right to receive a new product free of charge. Or keep the product and get an agreed price reduction. Or cancel the purchase, whereby the product is returned and payment made is refunded.

Uncollected letters or packages

For uncollected letters or packages, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and handling fee, currently 129 SEK.

 

Personal information

Personal data processing takes place in accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR).

 

Cookies

To shop from our Store, your browser needs to be set to receive cookies. Cookies are used to give you as a visitor access to various functions on the website, such as shopping carts and in the technical communication with third-party services. The cookie does not contain any personal information. Cookies are also used to store impersonal aggregate visitor statistics in analytics tools the Store uses to improve the user experience.

By navigating the website, you give your consent to the handling of cookies as above. The cookie is stored in your computer until you delete it yourself. If you want to avoid the storage of cookies, you can turn off the function in the browser. However, this means restrictions on the function of the website.

We reserve the right of printing errors and canceled products.

We follow the law (2005: 59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, as well as the Consumer Agency's and the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
